V\u00e0o ng\u00e0y 30\/3 t\u1edbi \u0111\u00e2y, t\u1ea1i S\u1edf GDCK H\u00e0 N\u1ed9i ( HNX), C\u00f4ng ty m\u1eb9 – TCty th\u01b0\u01a1ng m\u1ea1i H\u00e0 N\u1ed9i (Hapro) s\u1ebd ch\u00e0o b\u00e1n c\u1ed5 ph\u1ea7n l\u1ea7n \u0111\u1ea7u ra c\u00f4ng ch\u00fang (IPO).<\/p>\n

Theo Ph\u01b0\u01a1ng \u00e1n c\u1ed5 ph\u1ea7n h\u00f3a (CPH) \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ph\u00ea duy\u1ec7t h\u1ed3i th\u00e1ng 11\/2017, Hapro s\u1ebd \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c CPH theo h\u00ecnh th\u1ee9c l\u00e0 k\u1ebft h\u1ee3p b\u00e1n to\u00e0n b\u1ed9 ph\u1ea7n v\u1ed1n nh\u00e0 n\u01b0\u1edbc t\u1ea1i DN v\u1eeba ph\u00e1t h\u00e0nh th\u00eam \u0111\u1ec3 t\u0103ng v\u1ed1n \u0111i\u1ec1u l\u1ec7. V\u1ed1n \u0111i\u1ec1u l\u1ec7 sau CPH l\u00e0 2.200 t\u1ef7 \u0111\u1ed3ng, m\u1ec7nh gi\u00e1 c\u1ed5 ph\u1ea7n l\u00e0 10.000 \u0111\u1ed3ng\/c\u1ed5 ph\u1ea7n v\u1edbi t\u1ed5ng s\u1ed1 l\u01b0\u1ee3ng c\u1ed5 ph\u1ea7n l\u00e0 220.000.000 c\u1ed5 ph\u1ea7n. Trong \u0111\u00f3: 75.926.0000 c\u1ed5 ph\u1ea7n (t\u01b0\u01a1ng \u0111\u01b0\u01a1ng 34,51% v\u1ed1n \u0111i\u1ec1u l\u1ec7) s\u1ebd \u0111\u1ea5u gi\u00e1 c\u00f4ng khai; S\u1ed1 c\u1ed5 ph\u1ea7n b\u00e1n \u01b0u \u0111\u00e3i cho c\u00e1n b\u1ed9 c\u00f4ng nh\u00e2n vi\u00ean l\u00e0m vi\u1ec7c t\u1ea1i DN l\u00e0 1.074.000 c\u1ed5 ph\u1ea7n (t\u01b0\u01a1ng \u0111\u01b0\u01a1ng 0,49% v\u1ed1n \u0111i\u1ec1u l\u1ec7); S\u1ed1 c\u1ed5 ph\u1ea7n b\u00e1n cho nh\u00e0 \u0111\u1ea7u t\u01b0 chi\u1ebfn l\u01b0\u1ee3c l\u00e0 143.000.000 c\u1ed5 ph\u1ea7n (t\u01b0\u01a1ng \u0111\u01b0\u01a1ng 65% v\u1ed1n \u0111i\u1ec1u l\u1ec7).<\/p>\n
