Tuy nhi\u00ean, trao \u0111\u1ed5i v\u1edbi Ph\u00e1p Lu\u1eadt TP.HCM<\/em>, c\u00e1c chuy\u00ean gia \u0111\u1ec1u cho r\u1eb1ng vi\u1ec7c ACV t\u1ef1 \u00fd thu gi\u00e1 d\u1ecbch v\u1ee5 s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng d\u1eabn v\u00e0o nh\u00e0 ga h\u00e0ng kh\u00f4ng nhi\u1ec1u n\u0103m qua l\u00e0 tr\u00e1i quy \u0111\u1ecbnh. ACV l\u00e0m c\u1ea3ng h\u00e0ng kh\u00f4ng th\u00ec \u0111\u01b0\u01a1ng nhi\u00ean ph\u1ea3i c\u00f3 \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng d\u1eabn v\u00e0o nh\u00e0 ga \u0111\u1ec3 ng\u01b0\u1eddi d\u00e2n v\u00e0o \u0111\u01b0a, \u0111\u00f3n kh\u00e1ch.
