Tr\u1ea3 l\u1eddi v\u1ec1 tr\u01b0\u1eddng h\u1ee3p c\u1ee7a FPT thu h\u1ecdc ph\u00ed b\u1eb1ng bitcoin, lu\u1eadt s\u01b0 Tr\u01b0\u01a1ng Thanh \u0110\u1ee9c, Gi\u00e1m \u0111\u1ed1c C\u00f4ng ty Lu\u1eadt ANVI, cho bi\u1ebft: “\u0110\u1ed3ng ti\u1ec1n bitcoin ch\u01b0a \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c Ng\u00e2n h\u00e0ng Nh\u00e0 n\u01b0\u1edbc Vi\u1ec7t Nam th\u1eeba nh\u1eadn l\u00e0 \u0111\u1ed3ng ti\u1ec1n hay ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ti\u1ec7n thanh to\u00e1n h\u1ee3p ph\u00e1p. Kho\u1ea3n 6, \u0110i\u1ec1u 4 v\u1ec1 \u201cGi\u1ea3i th\u00edch t\u1eeb ng\u1eef\u201d, Ngh\u1ecb \u0111\u1ecbnh s\u1ed1 101\/2012\/N\u0110-CP ng\u00e0y 22\/11\/2012 c\u1ee7a Ch\u00ednh ph\u1ee7 v\u1ec1 \u201cThanh to\u00e1n kh\u00f4ng d\u00f9ng ti\u1ec1n m\u1eb7t\u201d, \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c s\u1eeda \u0111\u1ed5i, b\u1ed5 sung theo Ngh\u1ecb \u0111\u1ecbnh s\u1ed1 80\/2016\/N\u0110-CP ng\u00e0y 01\/7\/2016 quy \u0111\u1ecbnh nh\u01b0 sau:<\/p>\n

Kho\u1ea3n 6, \u0110i\u1ec1u 6 v\u1ec1 “C\u00e1c h\u00e0nh vi b\u1ecb c\u1ea5m”, Ngh\u1ecb \u0111\u1ecbnh s\u1ed1 101\/2012\/N\u0110-CP quy \u0111\u1ecbnh m\u1ed9t trong nh\u1eefng h\u00e0nh vi b\u1ecb nghi\u00eam c\u1ea5m l\u00e0: “S\u1eed d\u1ee5ng c\u00e1c ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ti\u1ec7n thanh to\u00e1n kh\u00f4ng h\u1ee3p ph\u00e1p\u201d.<\/p>\n
