Theo B\u1ed9 T\u00e0i ch\u00ednh, th\u1eddi gian qua thu\u1ebf su\u1ea5t TTNDN gi\u1ea3m m\u1ea1nh t\u1eeb m\u1ee9c 32% (n\u0103m 1999) gi\u1ea3m d\u1ea7n xu\u1ed1ng m\u1ee9c 28% (2004), 25% (2009), 22% (2014) v\u00e0 t\u1eeb ng\u00e0y 1.1.2016, m\u1ee9c thu\u1ebf su\u1ea5t TTNDN gi\u1ea3m xu\u1ed1ng m\u1ee9c 20%. \u0110\u01b0\u1ee3c bi\u1ebft, hi\u1ec7n nay m\u1ee9c thu\u1ebf n\u00e0y c\u1ee7a Vi\u1ec7t Nam kh\u00e1 th\u1ea5p so v\u1edbi c\u00e1c n\u01b0\u1edbc nh\u01b0 Philippines l\u00e0 30% v\u00e0 Trung Qu\u1ed1c l\u00e0 25%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Th\u1ea5p so v\u1edbi khu v\u1ef1c l\u00e0 v\u1eady, song m\u1edbi \u0111\u00e2y, B\u1ed9 T\u00e0i ch\u00ednh l\u1ea1i tr\u00ecnh Ch\u00ednh ph\u1ee7 c\u00e1c gi\u1ea3i ph\u00e1p v\u1ec1 thu\u1ebf \u0111\u1ec3 th\u00e1o g\u1ee1 kh\u00f3 kh\u0103n cho DN, trong \u0111\u00f3 c\u00f3 n\u1ed9i dung \u0111\u1ec1 xu\u1ea5t gi\u1ea3m TTNDN th\u00eam 3% so v\u1edbi m\u1ee9c \u0111\u00f3ng thu\u1ebf hi\u1ec7n nay cho DN nh\u1ecf v\u00e0 v\u1eeba (DNNVV) trong v\u00f2ng 4 n\u0103m.<\/p>\n

Theo ph\u01b0\u01a1ng \u00e1n \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c B\u1ed9 T\u00e0i ch\u00ednh \u0111\u01b0a ra, c\u00e1c DN c\u00f3 t\u1ed5ng doanh thu m\u1ed9t n\u0103m kh\u00f4ng qu\u00e1 20 t\u1ec9 \u0111\u1ed3ng v\u00e0 c\u00e1c DN kh\u1edfi nghi\u1ec7p s\u1ebd \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c h\u01b0\u1edfng m\u1ee9c thu\u1ebf su\u1ea5t 17% thay v\u00ec 20% nh\u01b0 hi\u1ec7n nay k\u1ec3 t\u1eeb ng\u00e0y 1.1.2017 \u0111\u1ebfn h\u1ebft ng\u00e0y 31.12.2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Theo s\u1ed1 li\u1ec7u cung c\u1ea5p t\u1eeb Vi\u1ec7n Nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u Qu\u1ea3n l\u00fd Trung \u01b0\u01a1ng th\u00ec DNNVV hi\u1ec7n \u0111\u00f3ng g\u00f3p h\u01a1n 40% GDP h\u01a1n 20% kim ng\u1ea1ch xu\u1ea5t kh\u1ea9u v\u00e0 kho\u1ea3ng 29% c\u00e1c kho\u1ea3n thu ng\u00e2n s\u00e1ch Nh\u00e0 n\u01b0\u1edbc.<\/p>\n

V\u1ed1n \u0111\u1ea7u t\u01b0 c\u1ee7a kh\u1ed1i DN n\u00e0y chi\u1ebfm h\u01a1n 30% t\u1ed5ng v\u1ed1n \u0111\u1ea7u t\u01b0 to\u00e0n x\u00e3 h\u1ed9i c\u1ee7a khu v\u1ef1c doanh nghi\u1ec7p v\u00e0 t\u1ea1o vi\u1ec7c l\u00e0m cho 5,12 tri\u1ec7u lao \u0111\u1ed9ng.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

V\u1ec1 vi\u1ec7c gi\u1ea3m TTNDN, theo t\u00ednh to\u00e1n c\u1ee7a \u00f4ng H\u00f9ng M\u1ea1nh – Gi\u00e1m \u0111\u1ed1c C\u00f4ng ty TNHH \u0110\u1ea7u t\u01b0 v\u00e0 Ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n th\u01b0\u01a1ng m\u1ea1i H\u00f9ng M\u1ea1nh, n\u1ebfu nh\u01b0 m\u1ee9c thu\u1ebf 17% \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u00e1p d\u1ee5ng ngay trong n\u0103m t\u1edbi th\u00ec c\u00f4ng ty s\u1ebd gi\u1ea3m \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c kho\u1ea3ng 800 tri\u1ec7u ti\u1ec1n thu\u1ebf.<\/p>\n
