Trong t\u1ed5ng s\u1ed1 kho\u1ea3ng 77 tri\u1ec7u th\u1ebb ng\u00e2n h\u00e0ng (NH) c\u00e1c lo\u1ea1i \u0111\u00e3 ph\u00e1t h\u00e0nh t\u1ea1i Vi\u1ec7t Nam, kho\u1ea3ng 90% l\u00e0 th\u1ebb ghi n\u1ee3 n\u1ed9i \u0111\u1ecba (ATM) – t\u01b0\u01a1ng \u0111\u01b0\u01a1ng g\u1ea7n 70 tri\u1ec7u th\u1ebb ATM s\u1ebd ph\u1ea3i chuy\u1ec3n \u0111\u1ed5i t\u1eeb th\u1ebb t\u1eeb sang th\u1ebb chip theo l\u1ed9 tr\u00ecnh c\u1ee7a NH Nh\u00e0 n\u01b0\u1edbc.<\/p>\n

Chi ph\u00ed qu\u00e1 l\u1edbn<\/strong><\/p>\n

Li\u00ean ti\u1ebfp c\u00e1c v\u1ee5 ch\u1ee7 th\u1ebb ATM b\u1ecb k\u1ebb gian \u0111\u00e1nh c\u1eafp th\u00f4ng tin, l\u00e0m th\u1ebb gi\u1ea3 \u0111\u1ec3 r\u00fat ti\u1ec1n g\u1ea7n \u0111\u00e2y khi\u1ebfn nhi\u1ec1u ng\u01b0\u1eddi d\u00f9ng th\u1ebb lo l\u1eafng. M\u1ed9t l\u00e3nh \u0111\u1ea1o Trung t\u00e2m Th\u1ebb thu\u1ed9c NH TMCP Xu\u1ea5t nh\u1eadp kh\u1ea9u Vi\u1ec7t Nam (Eximbank) cho bi\u1ebft \u0111\u1ec3 t\u0103ng c\u01b0\u1eddng b\u1ea3o m\u1eadt cho th\u1ebb ATM, Eximbank \u0111ang chu\u1ea9n b\u1ecb chuy\u1ec3n \u0111\u1ed5i kho\u1ea3ng 2 tri\u1ec7u th\u1ebb t\u1eeb sang th\u1ebb chip v\u1edbi chi ph\u00ed d\u1ef1 ki\u1ebfn kho\u1ea3ng 30.000 \u0111\u1ed3ng\/th\u1ebb. Qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh chuy\u1ec3n \u0111\u1ed5i th\u1ebb t\u1eeb sang th\u1ebb chip bao g\u1ed3m nhi\u1ec1u c\u00f4ng \u0111o\u1ea1n nh\u01b0 n\u00e2ng c\u1ea5p ph\u1ea7n m\u1ec1m h\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng, thi\u1ebft b\u1ecb ch\u1ea5p nh\u1eadn th\u1ebb nh\u01b0 m\u00e1y ATM, m\u00e1y POS \u0111\u1eddi c\u0169\u2026 R\u00e0o c\u1ea3n l\u1edbn nh\u1ea5t l\u00e0 t\u1ed1n k\u00e9m chi ph\u00ed. V\u1edbi kho\u1ea3ng 2 tri\u1ec7u th\u1ebb ATM ph\u1ea3i chuy\u1ec3n \u0111\u1ed5i, Eximbank s\u1ebd c\u1ea7n chi ph\u00ed kho\u1ea3ng 60 t\u1ec9 \u0111\u1ed3ng ri\u00eang \u0111\u1ea7u t\u01b0 th\u1ebb chip m\u1edbi, ch\u01b0a k\u1ec3 h\u00e0ng lo\u1ea1t chi ph\u00ed kh\u00e1c.<\/p>\n

Tr\u01b0\u1edfng ph\u00f2ng th\u1ebb ATM m\u1ed9t NH th\u01b0\u01a1ng m\u1ea1i nh\u00e0 n\u01b0\u1edbc cho bi\u1ebft NH \u00f4ng l\u00e0m vi\u1ec7c \u0111\u00e3 c\u00f3 \u0111\u1ec1 \u00e1n v\u00e0 \u0111ang x\u00fac ti\u1ebfn qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh chuy\u1ec3n \u0111\u1ed5i. Theo \u0111\u00f3, NH \u0111\u00e3 b\u1eaft \u0111\u1ea7u s\u00e0ng l\u1ecdc, lo\u1ea1i d\u1ea7n nh\u1eefng m\u00e1y ATM, m\u00e1y POS \u0111\u1eddi c\u0169 v\u00ec nh\u1eefng m\u00e1y n\u00e0y kh\u00f4ng \u0111\u1ecdc \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c th\u1ebb chip. M\u1ed7i m\u00e1y ATM \u0111\u1ea7u t\u01b0 m\u1edbi hi\u1ec7n nay kho\u1ea3ng 30.000 USD, n\u1ebfu thay m\u1edbi 100 m\u00e1y ATM s\u1ebd t\u1ed1n kho\u1ea3ng 3 tri\u1ec7u USD\u2026 Chi ph\u00ed n\u00e0y kh\u00f4ng nh\u1ecf, nh\u1ea5t l\u00e0 v\u1edbi nh\u1eefng NH c\u00f3 h\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng m\u1ea1ng l\u01b0\u1edbi m\u00e1y ATM l\u1edbn. M\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 NH kh\u00e1c ph\u1ea3i n\u00e2ng c\u1ea5p m\u00e1y ATM \u0111\u1ec3 v\u1eeba \u0111\u1ecdc \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c th\u1ebb t\u1eeb, v\u1eeba \u0111\u1ecdc \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c th\u1ebb chip n\u00ean c\u0169ng kh\u00e1 t\u1ed1n k\u00e9m.<\/p>\n

“Trung b\u00ecnh m\u1ed9t m\u00e1y ATM c\u1ea7n t\u1eeb 3-5 n\u0103m s\u1ebd kh\u1ea5u hao h\u1ebft chi ph\u00ed \u0111\u1ea7u t\u01b0 nh\u01b0ng v\u1eabn \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng nhi\u1ec1u n\u0103m ti\u1ebfp theo. Gi\u1edd b\u1eaft bu\u1ed9c ph\u1ea3i chuy\u1ec3n \u0111\u1ed5i sang th\u1ebb chip \u0111\u1ed3ng ngh\u0129a vi\u1ec7c NH c\u0169ng ph\u1ea3i thay nh\u1eefng m\u00e1y ATM c\u0169 kh\u00f4ng \u0111\u1ecdc \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c th\u1ebb chip. Ngo\u00e0i ra, m\u1ed7i th\u1ebb chip hi\u1ec7n nay kho\u1ea3ng 3-4 USD (60.000-80.000 \u0111\u1ed3ng\/th\u1ebb), trong khi th\u1ebb t\u1eeb gi\u00e1 ch\u01b0a t\u1edbi 1 USD” – v\u1ecb tr\u01b0\u1edfng ph\u00f2ng n\u00e0y ph\u00e2n t\u00edch.<\/p>\n

B\u01b0\u1edbc \u0111\u1ea7u, NH ph\u00e1t h\u00e0nh th\u1ebb chip m\u1edbi cho kh\u00e1ch h\u00e0ng, c\u00f2n kh\u00e1ch h\u00e0ng c\u0169 v\u1eabn ti\u1ebfp t\u1ee5c s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng th\u1ebb t\u1eeb. Sau khi n\u00e2ng c\u1ea5p ph\u1ea7n m\u1ec1m \u0111\u1ec3 h\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng ho\u1ea1t \u0111\u1ed9ng \u1ed5n \u0111\u1ecbnh, NH m\u1edbi ti\u1ebfp t\u1ee5c qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh \u0111\u1ed5i cho to\u00e0n b\u1ed9 kh\u00e1ch h\u00e0ng. “Qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh n\u00e0y t\u1ed1n kh\u00e1 nhi\u1ec1u chi ph\u00ed t\u1eeb n\u00e2ng c\u1ea5p h\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng, mua th\u1ebb v\u00e0 ph\u00f4i m\u1edbi, th\u1eadm ch\u00ed c\u1ea3 \u0111\u1ea7u t\u01b0 thay m\u1edbi m\u00e1y ATM, POS c\u0169 kh\u00f4ng \u0111\u1ecdc \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c th\u1ebb chip” – v\u1ecb gi\u00e1m \u0111\u1ed1c n\u00e0y n\u00f3i.<\/p>\n

\u0110\u1ea1i di\u1ec7n NH TMCP S\u00e0i G\u00f2n (SCB) cho bi\u1ebft t\u1eeb kho\u1ea3ng cu\u1ed1i n\u0103m 2015 \u0111\u1ebfn nay, SCB \u0111\u00e3 kh\u00f4ng c\u00f2n ph\u00e1t h\u00e0nh th\u1ebb t\u1eeb cho kh\u00e1ch h\u00e0ng m\u1edbi m\u00e0 chuy\u1ec3n lu\u00f4n sang d\u00f9ng th\u1ebb chip d\u00f9 chi ph\u00ed t\u1ed1n k\u00e9m h\u01a1n r\u1ea5t nhi\u1ec1u. Gi\u00e1 th\u00e0nh c\u1ee7a th\u1ebb chip, g\u1ed3m c\u1ea3 ph\u00f4i th\u1ebb g\u1ea5p h\u01a1n ch\u1ee5c l\u1ea7n th\u1ebb t\u1eeb, n\u00ean NH th\u1ef1c t\u1ebf v\u1eabn \u0111ang ch\u1ecbu l\u1ed7 chi ph\u00ed c\u1ea5p th\u1ebb chip cho kh\u00e1ch h\u00e0ng.
