Theo quy \u0111\u1ecbnh, c\u00e1c m\u00e1y POS (m\u00e1y ch\u1ea5p nh\u1eadn thanh to\u00e1n th\u1ebb ng\u00e2n h\u00e0ng) mu\u1ed1n ho\u1ea1t \u0111\u1ed9ng t\u1ea1i Vi\u1ec7t Nam ph\u1ea3i \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c c\u00e1c ng\u00e2n h\u00e0ng trong n\u01b0\u1edbc ch\u1ea5p thu\u1eadn v\u00e0 k\u1ebft n\u1ed1i v\u1edbi c\u00e1c trung t\u00e2m thanh to\u00e1n \u0111\u1ec3 qu\u1ea3n l\u00fd d\u00f2ng ti\u1ec1n. Theo LS Tr\u01b0\u01a1ng Thanh \u0110\u1ee9c – Ch\u1ee7 nhi\u1ec7m C\u00e2u l\u1ea1c b\u1ed9 Ph\u00e1p ch\u1ebf ng\u00e2n h\u00e0ng, ho\u1ea1t \u0111\u1ed9ng thanh to\u00e1n chui s\u1ebd \u1ea3nh h\u01b0\u1edfng l\u1edbn \u0111\u1ebfn an ninh ti\u1ec1n t\u1ec7 qu\u1ed1c gia, vi ph\u1ea1m quy \u0111\u1ecbnh v\u1ec1 qu\u1ea3n l\u00fd ngo\u1ea1i h\u1ed1i c\u1ee7a Nh\u00e0 n\u01b0\u1edbc do \u0111\u1ed3ng ti\u1ec1n ni\u00eam y\u1ebft, giao d\u1ecbch v\u00e0 thanh to\u00e1n \u0111\u1ec1u b\u1eb1ng \u0111\u1ed3ng NDT. Ngo\u00e0i ra, c\u00f2n khi\u1ebfn cho c\u00e1c t\u1ed5 ch\u1ee9c t\u00edn d\u1ee5ng v\u00e0 t\u1ed5 ch\u1ee9c chuy\u1ec3n m\u1ea1ch th\u1ebb \u1edf Vi\u1ec7t Nam kh\u00f4ng thu \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ph\u00ed, g\u00e2y th\u1ea5t tho\u00e1t thu\u1ebf do c\u00e1c giao d\u1ecbch \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ho\u00e0n to\u00e0n x\u1eed l\u00fd t\u1ea1i Trung Qu\u1ed1c. \u0110\u00e2y l\u00e0 h\u00ecnh th\u1ee9c xu\u1ea5t kh\u1ea9u t\u1ea1i ch\u1ed7 nh\u01b0ng kh\u00f4ng thu \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ti\u1ec1n v\u1ec1 Vi\u1ec7t Nam.<\/em><\/p>\n

Kh\u00f4ng ch\u1ec9 \u1edf Qu\u1ea3ng Ninh, t\u00ecnh tr\u1ea1ng s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng POS tr\u00e1i ph\u00e9p \u0111\u1ec3 b\u00e1n h\u00e0ng b\u1eb1ng ti\u1ec1n n\u01b0\u1edbc ngo\u00e0i r\u1ed3i chuy\u1ec3n ngo\u1ea1i t\u1ec7 tr\u00e1i ph\u00e9p ra kh\u1ecfi l\u00e3nh th\u1ed5 Vi\u1ec7t Nam c\u00f2n xu\u1ea5t hi\u1ec7n \u1edf nhi\u1ec1u t\u1ec9nh, th\u00e0nh kh\u00e1c tr\u00ean c\u1ea3 n\u01b0\u1edbc. Trong n\u0103m 2016, C\u1ee5c C\u1ea3nh s\u00e1t ph\u00f2ng ch\u1ed1ng t\u1ed9i ph\u1ea1m c\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 cao (C50), Ph\u00f2ng C\u1ea3nh s\u00e1t ph\u00f2ng ch\u1ed1ng t\u1ed9i ph\u1ea1m c\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 cao C\u00f4ng an TP H\u00e0 N\u1ed9i (PC50) \u0111\u00e3 ph\u1ed1i h\u1ee3p v\u1edbi c\u00f4ng an c\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecba ph\u01b0\u01a1ng x\u1eed l\u00fd nhi\u1ec1u v\u1ee5 vi\u1ec7c, v\u1edbi s\u1ed1 ti\u1ec1n thanh to\u00e1n qua m\u00e1y POS l\u00e0 h\u01a1n 21 t\u1ef7 \u0111\u1ed3ng, t\u1ed5ng s\u1ed1 giao d\u1ecbch th\u00e0nh c\u00f4ng tr\u1ecb gi\u00e1 h\u01a1n 7 t\u1ef7 \u0111\u1ed3ng.<\/p>\n

C\u00f3 th\u1ec3 th\u1ea5y l\u1ed7 h\u1ed5ng qu\u1ea3n l\u00fd trong v\u1ee5 vi\u1ec7c kh\u00e1ch du l\u1ecbch Trung Qu\u1ed1c th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n giao d\u1ecbch b\u1eb1ng th\u1ebb n\u1ed9i \u0111\u1ecba t\u1ea1i c\u00e1c m\u00e1y POS \u0111\u1eb7t chui trong l\u00e3nh th\u1ed5 Vi\u1ec7t Nam. C\u00e1c m\u00e1y n\u00e0y \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c k\u1ebft n\u1ed1i theo \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng Internet tr\u1ef1c ti\u1ebfp v\u1ec1 h\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng thanh to\u00e1n Trung Qu\u1ed1c nh\u01b0 Alipay, WeChat Pay v\u00e0 c\u00e1c ng\u00e2n h\u00e0ng v\u00e0 t\u1ed5 ch\u1ee9c thanh to\u00e1n kh\u00e1c c\u1ee7a Trung Qu\u1ed1c.<\/p>\n

Kh\u00f4ng ch\u1ec9 qua m\u00e1y POS, hi\u1ec7n t\u1ea1i c\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 \u0111\u00e3 cho ph\u00e9p thanh to\u00e1n ch\u1ec9 c\u1ea7n s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng c\u00e1c \u1ee9ng d\u1ee5ng \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c c\u00e0i \u0111\u1eb7t d\u1ec5 d\u00e0ng tr\u00ean thi\u1ebft b\u1ecb di \u0111\u1ed9ng nh\u01b0 \u0111i\u1ec7n tho\u1ea1i hay m\u00e3 thanh to\u00e1n (QR) in s\u1eb5n v\u00e0 \u0111\u1eb7t t\u1ea1i c\u00e1c \u0111i\u1ec3m b\u00e1n h\u00e0ng. Theo \u00f4ng Ng\u00f4 Trung L\u0129nh – T\u1ed5ng Gi\u00e1m \u0111\u1ed1c C\u00f4ng ty C\u1ed9ng \u0111\u1ed3ng Vi\u1ec7t (s\u1edf h\u1eefu th\u01b0\u01a1ng hi\u1ec7u Payoo): Tr\u01b0\u1edbc \u0111\u00e2y, thanh to\u00e1n b\u1eb1ng th\u1ebb ng\u00e2n h\u00e0ng qua m\u00e1y POS \u0111\u00e3 l\u00e0 m\u1ed9t b\u01b0\u1edbc ngo\u1eb7t l\u1edbn th\u00ec thanh to\u00e1n b\u1eb1ng QR Code tr\u00ean di \u0111\u1ed9ng s\u1ebd l\u00e0 xu h\u01b0\u1edbng ch\u00ednh trong th\u1eddi gian t\u1edbi.<\/p>\n

Hi\u1ec7n c\u00f3 27 DN \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c c\u1ea5p ph\u00e9p cung c\u1ea5p d\u1ecbch v\u1ee5 trung gian thanh to\u00e1n nh\u01b0 Payoo, MoMo, BankPlus, 1Pay, M-Pay, Vimo, B\u1ea3o Kim, ZaloPay, Ng\u00e2n l\u01b0\u1ee3ng, Mobivi… Thanh to\u00e1n \u0111i\u1ec7n t\u1eed \u0111ang ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n m\u1ea1nh t\u1ea1i Vi\u1ec7t Nam, c\u00f9ng v\u1edbi s\u1ef1 ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n nhanh c\u1ee7a \u0111i\u1ec7n tho\u1ea1i di \u0111\u1ed9ng, m\u1ea1ng 4G… n\u00ean kh\u00f4ng l\u00e2u n\u1eefa, t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 thanh to\u00e1n n\u00e0y c\u0169ng s\u1ebd gia t\u0103ng cao.
