Him Lam t\u1eebng l\u00e0 c\u1ed5 \u0111\u00f4ng s\u00e1ng l\u1eadp, \u0111\u1ed3ng th\u1eddi l\u00e0 c\u1ed5 \u0111\u00f4ng l\u1edbn nh\u1ea5t t\u1ea1i LienVietPostBank khi s\u1edf h\u1eefu t\u1edbi 14,98% v\u1ed1n \u0111i\u1ec1u l\u1ec7, t\u01b0\u01a1ng \u0111\u01b0\u01a1ng 96,77 tri\u1ec7u c\u1ed5 phi\u1ebfu, sau ng\u00e0y 23-6 \u0111\u00e3 kh\u00f4ng c\u00f2n l\u00e0 c\u1ed5 \u0111\u00f4ng c\u1ee7a LienVietPostBank. Sau \u0111\u00f3, \u00f4ng D\u01b0\u01a1ng C\u00f4ng Minh \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111\u1ea1i h\u1ed9i c\u1ed5 \u0111\u00f4ng Sacombank b\u1ea7u l\u00e0m Ch\u1ee7 t\u1ecbch H\u0110QT NH n\u00e0y. Nh\u01b0 v\u1eady, kh\u00f4ng ch\u1ec9 \u00f4ng D\u01b0\u01a1ng C\u00f4ng Minh ph\u1ea3i tho\u00e1i v\u1ed1n t\u1ea1i LienViet PostBank m\u00e0 c\u1ea3 &#8220;ng\u01b0\u1eddi c\u00f3 li\u00ean quan&#8221; c\u0169ng ph\u1ea3i tho\u00e1i v\u1ed1n \u0111\u1ec3 \u0111\u00e1p \u1ee9ng y\u00eau c\u1ea7u theo Th\u00f4ng t\u01b0 36\/2014 c\u1ee7a NHNN. \u0110\u00e2y c\u0169ng ch\u00ednh l\u00e0 n\u1ed9i dung quan tr\u1ecdng c\u1ee7a \u0110\u1ec1 \u00e1n 1058 v\u1ec1 t\u00e1i c\u01a1 c\u1ea5u t\u1ed5 ch\u1ee9c t\u00edn d\u1ee5ng g\u1eafn v\u1edbi x\u1eed l\u00fd n\u1ee3 x\u1ea5u giai \u0111o\u1ea1n 2016-2020 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c Th\u1ee7 t\u01b0\u1edbng Ch\u00ednh ph\u1ee7 ph\u00ea duy\u1ec7t v\u1edbi y\u00eau c\u1ea7u c\u1ee5 th\u1ec3 l\u00e0 giao NHNN r\u00e0 so\u00e1t, s\u1eeda \u0111\u1ed5i, b\u1ed5 sung kh\u00e1i ni\u1ec7m &#8220;ng\u01b0\u1eddi c\u00f3 li\u00ean quan&#8221; \u0111\u1ec3 bao qu\u00e1t r\u1ed9ng h\u01a1n c\u00e1c tr\u01b0\u1eddng h\u1ee3p c\u00f3 c\u00f9ng l\u1ee3i \u00edch. T\u00ecnh tr\u1ea1ng c\u1ed5 \u0111\u00f4ng\/nh\u00f3m c\u1ed5 \u0111\u00f4ng l\u1edbn thao t\u00fang NH \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c x\u1eed l\u00fd c\u01a1 b\u1ea3n. \u0110\u1ebfn nay, s\u1ed1 c\u1eb7p TCTD s\u1edf h\u1eefu ch\u00e9o gi\u1ea3m t\u1eeb 7 c\u00f2n 3 c\u1eb7p. S\u1ed1 l\u01b0\u1ee3ng TCTD c\u0169ng gi\u1ea3m \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c kho\u1ea3ng 22 t\u1ed5 ch\u1ee9c.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00ecnh tr\u1ea1ng s\u1edf h\u1eefu ch\u00e9o hi\u1ec7n v\u1eabn c\u00f2n \u1edf m\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 TCTD l\u1edbn. Tr\u01b0\u1edbc khi c\u00f3 quy \u0111\u1ecbnh v\u1ec1 t\u1ec9 l\u1ec7 s\u1edf h\u1eefu theo Th\u00f4ng t\u01b0 36 (quy \u0111\u1ecbnh m\u1ed7i NH ch\u1ec9 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c n\u1eafm gi\u1eef c\u1ed5 phi\u1ebfu c\u1ee7a t\u1ed1i \u0111a kh\u00f4ng qu\u00e1 2 NH kh\u00e1c, m\u1ee9c n\u1eafm gi\u1eef l\u00e0 d\u01b0\u1edbi 5% c\u1ed5 ph\u1ea7n), Vietcombank v\u1eabn n\u1eafm gi\u1eef 9,8% c\u1ed5 ph\u1ea7n MBB, 8,2% Eximbank, 5,26% SaigonBank v\u00e0 4,6% OCB. \u0110\u1ebfn ng\u00e0y 18-7, NH n\u00e0y v\u1eabn n\u1eafm gi\u1eef 7,16% v\u1ed1n \u0111i\u1ec1u l\u1ec7 MBB, 8,19% v\u1ed1n \u0111i\u1ec1u l\u1ec7 Eximbank, 4,3% v\u1ed1n \u0111i\u1ec1u l\u1ec7 SaigonBank v\u00e0 5,7% v\u1ed1n \u0111i\u1ec1u l\u1ec7 OCB.<\/p>\n<p><strong>C\u00f2n s\u1edf h\u1eefu h\u1ed9, s\u1edf h\u1eefu che gi\u1ea5u<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Theo NHNN, hi\u1ec7n m\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 TCTD v\u1eabn c\u00f2n t\u00ecnh tr\u1ea1ng c\u1ed5 \u0111\u00f4ng l\u00e0 t\u1ed5 ch\u1ee9c s\u1edf h\u1eefu tr\u00ean 15% v\u1ed1n \u0111i\u1ec1u l\u1ec7, c\u1ed5 \u0111\u00f4ng v\u00e0 ng\u01b0\u1eddi c\u00f3 li\u00ean quan s\u1edf h\u1eefu tr\u00ean 20% v\u1ed1n \u0111i\u1ec1u l\u1ec7 c\u1ee7a TCTD, trong \u0111\u00f3 t\u1ec9 l\u1ec7 s\u1edf h\u1eefu l\u1edbn ch\u1ee7 y\u1ebfu t\u1ea1i m\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 doanh nghi\u1ec7p (DN) nh\u00e0 n\u01b0\u1edbc ch\u01b0a kh\u1eafc ph\u1ee5c xong vi\u1ec7c tho\u00e1i v\u1ed1n. T\u00ecnh tr\u1ea1ng s\u1edf h\u1eefu, s\u1edf h\u1eefu ch\u00e9o, nh\u00f3m c\u1ed5 \u0111\u00f4ng chi ph\u1ed1i \u0111\u00e3 t\u1eebng b\u01b0\u1edbc \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ki\u1ec3m so\u00e1t nh\u01b0ng trong th\u1ef1c t\u1ebf v\u1eabn c\u00f2n ti\u1ec1m \u1ea9n nhi\u1ec1u r\u1ee7i ro do t\u00ecnh tr\u1ea1ng chi ph\u1ed1i, thao t\u00fang ho\u1ea1t \u0111\u1ed9ng NH ch\u01b0a \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c x\u1eed l\u00fd tri\u1ec7t \u0111\u1ec3.<\/p>\n<p>Th\u1ef1c ti\u1ec5n cho th\u1ea5y r\u1ea5t kh\u00f3 ph\u00e1t hi\u1ec7n v\u00e0 ki\u1ec3m so\u00e1t \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi tr\u01b0\u1eddng h\u1ee3p c\u1ed1 t\u00ecnh s\u1edf h\u1eefu h\u1ed9 ho\u1eb7c s\u1edf h\u1eefu che gi\u1ea5u qua nhi\u1ec1u ch\u1ee7 th\u1ec3.
