C\u00f2n n\u1ebfu c\u1ea7n thi\u1ebft ph\u1ea3i \u0111\u00e1nh thu\u1ebf TNCN \u1edf m\u1ee9c th\u1ea5p h\u01a1n th\u00ec n\u00ean l\u1ea5y m\u1ed1c 5 t\u1ec9 \u0111\u1ed3ng nh\u01b0ng ch\u1ec9 \u00e1p d\u1ee5ng \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi kho\u1ea3n d\u01b0 tr\u00ean 5 t\u1ec9 \u0111\u1ed3ng.
