V\u00ed d\u1ee5, m\u1ed9t DN VN nh\u1eadp h\u00e0ng c\u1ee7a TQ tr\u1ecb gi\u00e1 6 nh\u00e2n d\u00e2n t\u1ec7, n\u1ebfu tr\u1ea3 b\u1eb1ng USD m\u1ea5t 21.000 \u0111\u1ed3ng, n\u1ebfu tr\u1ea3 b\u1eb1ng CNY th\u00ec ch\u1ec9 m\u1ea5t 20.000 \u0111\u1ed3ng. Nh\u01b0 v\u1eady giao d\u1ecbch b\u1eb1ng CNY c\u00f3 l\u1ee3i h\u01a1n. Ng\u01b0\u1ee3c l\u1ea1i, n\u1ebfu tr\u1ea3 b\u1eb1ng USD ch\u1ec9 m\u1ea5t 20.000 \u0111\u1ed3ng, c\u00f2n tr\u1ea3 b\u1eb1ng CNY l\u1ea1i m\u1ea5t 21.000 \u0111\u1ed3ng th\u00ec kh\u00f4ng c\u00f3 l\u1ee3i.<\/p>\n<p>Tuy nhi\u00ean, \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi n\u1ec1n kinh t\u1ebf n\u00f3i chung, c\u00e1i h\u1ea1i l\u00e0 vi\u1ec7c b\u1ecb ph\u1ee5 thu\u1ed9c nhi\u1ec1u h\u01a1n v\u00e0o \u0111\u1ed3ng ti\u1ec1n TQ. C\u1ee5 th\u1ec3, ai c\u00f3 nh\u00e2n d\u00e2n t\u1ec7 v\u00e0 gi\u1ea5y t\u1edd h\u1ee3p ph\u00e1p ch\u1ee9ng minh s\u1ed1 nh\u00e2n d\u00e2n t\u1ec7 n\u00e0y (v\u00ed d\u1ee5 c\u00f3 gi\u1ea5y t\u1edd nh\u1eadp c\u1ea3nh, h\u1ea3i quan x\u00e1c nh\u1eadn s\u1ed1 ti\u1ec1n\u2026) \u0111em \u0111\u1ebfn \u0111\u1ed5i th\u00ec \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111\u1ed5i sang \u0111\u1ed3ng VN. Tuy nhi\u00ean, sau hai n\u0103m th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n, ng\u00e2n h\u00e0ng n\u00e0y xin ng\u01b0ng v\u00ec s\u1ed1 nh\u00e2n d\u00e2n t\u1ec7 \u0111em \u0111\u1ebfn ch\u1eb3ng bao nhi\u00eau m\u00e0 h\u1ecd t\u1ed1n k\u00e9m nh\u00e2n s\u1ef1, m\u00e1y m\u00f3c thi\u1ebft b\u1ecb \u0111\u1ec3 th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n vi\u1ec7c \u0111\u1ed5i n\u00e0y. Th\u1ebf l\u00e0 t\u1eeb n\u0103m 2013 \u0111\u00e3 kh\u00f4ng \u0111\u1ed5i n\u1eefa.
