Theo \u0111\u00f3, m\u1ee9c l\u00e3i su\u1ea5t cho vay sau th\u1eddi \u0111i\u1ec3m 3 n\u0103m s\u1ebd ph\u1ee5 thu\u1ed9c v\u00e0o \u0111i\u1ec1u ki\u1ec7n kinh t\u1ebf v\u0129 m\u00f4, t\u00ecnh h\u00ecnh th\u1ecb tr\u01b0\u1eddng b\u1ea5t \u0111\u1ed9ng s\u1ea3n (B\u0110S) v\u00e0 l\u00e3i su\u1ea5t tr\u00ean th\u1ecb tr\u01b0\u1eddng l\u00fac b\u1ea5y gi\u1edd.<\/p>\n

Ch\u1ecb Nguy\u1ec5n Th\u1ecb Minh, nh\u00e0 \u1edf qu\u1eadn 2 – TPHCM, cho bi\u1ebft th\u00f4ng tin cho vay mua nh\u00e0 l\u00e3i su\u1ea5t 6%\/n\u0103m l\u00e0m v\u1ee3 ch\u1ed3ng ch\u1ecb r\u1ea5t m\u1eebng v\u00ec hy v\u1ecdng s\u1ebd mua \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c nh\u00e0. Nh\u01b0ng khi th\u1ea5y l\u00e3i su\u1ea5t ch\u1ec9 c\u1ed1 \u0111\u1ecbnh trong 3 n\u0103m \u0111\u1ea7u thi\u0300 la\u0323i lo l\u1eafng.
