V\u00ec thu\u1ebf thu nh\u1eadp c\u00e1 nh\u00e2n \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c t\u00ednh theo n\u0103m n\u00ean cu\u1ed1i n\u0103m, c\u01a1 quan chi tr\u1ea3 s\u1ebd l\u00e0m t\u1edd khai thu nh\u1eadp c\u1ee7a t\u1eebng lao \u0111\u1ed9ng. V\u00ed d\u1ee5 doanh nghi\u1ec7p c\u00f3 100 lao \u0111\u1ed9ng, cu\u1ed1i n\u0103m doanh nghi\u1ec7p n\u1ed9p cho c\u01a1 quan thu\u1ebf m\u1eabu chi ti\u1ebft thu nh\u1eadp c\u1ee7a 100 lao \u0111\u1ed9ng. Nay c\u01a1 quan thu\u1ebf y\u00eau c\u1ea7u doanh nghi\u1ec7p h\u1eb1ng th\u00e1ng ph\u1ea3i n\u1ed9p l\u00e0 th\u1eeba.<\/p>\n

Nh\u1eefng kho\u1ea3n thu nh\u1eadp c\u1ea7n qu\u1ea3n ch\u1eb7t th\u00ec l\u1ea1i b\u1ecf qua v\u00e0 ng\u01b0\u1ee3c l\u1ea1i. V\u00ed d\u1ee5 nh\u01b0 nh\u1eefng h\u1ee3p \u0111\u1ed3ng t\u01b0 v\u1ea5n ch\u1eb3ng h\u1ea1n, gi\u00e1 tr\u1ecb l\u00ean \u0111\u1ebfn h\u00e0ng t\u1ec9 \u0111\u1ed3ng nh\u01b0ng thu\u1ebf thu nh\u1eadp c\u00e1 nh\u00e2n ch\u1ec9 t\u00ednh \u1edf m\u1ee9c 10%.
