Theo th\u00f4ng tin m\u1edbi nh\u1ea5t, th\u00ec Ch\u00ednh ph\u1ee7 \u0111\u00e3 y\u00eau c\u1ea7u ch\u01b0a c\u01b0\u1ee1ng ch\u1ebf thu\u1ebf v\u1edbi Sabeco.<\/em><\/p>\n

Kh\u00f4ng t\u00ednh \u0111\u1ebfn kho\u1ea3n ti\u1ec1n truy thu thu\u1ebf, v\u1edbi m\u1ee9c gi\u00e1 320.000 \u0111\u1ed3ng\/cp khi mua l\u1ea1i h\u01a1n 343 tri\u1ec7u c\u1ed5 phi\u1ebfu, th\u00ec gi\u00e1 tr\u1ecb kho\u1ea3n \u0111\u1ea7u t\u01b0 c\u1ee7a Thai Bev v\u00e0o Sabeco \u0111\u00e3 m\u1ea5t \u0111i g\u1ea7n 24.500 t\u1ec9 \u0111\u1ed3ng (h\u01a1n 1 t\u1ec9 USD). \u0110i\u1ec1u an \u1ee7i duy nh\u1ea5t c\u1ee7a c\u1ed5 \u0111\u00f4ng Th\u00e1i l\u00e0 v\u1eeba qua h\u1ecd \u0111\u00e3 nh\u1eadn \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c 1.200 t\u1ec9 ti\u1ec1n c\u1ed5 t\u1ee9c (2.000\u0111\/c\u1ed5 phi\u1ebfu).<\/p>\n

Tr\u01b0\u1edbc \u0111\u00f3, do v\u01b0\u1edbng tr\u1ea7n s\u1edf h\u1eefu n\u01b0\u1edbc ngo\u00e0i t\u1ea1i Sabeco l\u00e0 49% n\u00ean ThaiBev mua l\u1ea1i c\u1ed5 ph\u1ea7n \u0111a s\u1ed1 c\u1ee7a SAB th\u00f4ng qua c\u00f4ng ty con l\u00e0 c\u00f4ng ty TNHH Vietnam Beverage.<\/p>\n

Trong khi \u0111\u00f3, t\u00ecnh h\u00ecnh s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t kinh doanh c\u1ee7a SAB d\u01b0\u1eddng nh\u01b0 l\u1ea1i kh\u00f4ng thu\u1eadn l\u1ee3i\u00a0 sau khi v\u1ec1 tay ng\u01b0\u1eddi Th\u00e1i. Sau 9 th\u00e1ng n\u0103m 2018, Sabeco \u0111\u1ea1t l\u1ee3i nhu\u1eadn sau thu\u1ebf l\u00e0 3.482 t\u1ec9 \u0111\u1ed3ng, gi\u1ea3m 6,3% so v\u1edbi c\u00f9ng k\u1ef3. \u0110\u00e2y l\u00e0 m\u1ed9t xu h\u01b0\u1edbng chung m\u00e0 c\u00e1c doanh nghi\u1ec7p ng\u00e0nh bia \u0111ang ph\u1ea3i \u0111\u1ed1i m\u1eb7t. Theo th\u1ed1ng k\u00ea c\u1ee7a C\u00f4ng ty Ch\u1ee9ng kho\u00e1n FPT (FPTS), k\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 kinh doanh 9 th\u00e1ng n\u0103m 2018 c\u1ee7a c\u00e1c doanh nghi\u1ec7p ng\u00e0nh bia, cho th\u1ea5y s\u1ef1 s\u1ee5t gi\u1ea3m trong bi\u00ean l\u1ee3i nhu\u1eadn. K\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 kinh doanh l\u0169y k\u1ebf 3 qu\u00fd n\u0103m 2018 c\u1ee7a T\u1ed5ng CTCP R\u01b0\u1ee3u – Bia – N\u01b0\u1edbc gi\u1ea3i kh\u00e1t H\u00e0 N\u1ed9i (BHN), c\u0169ng nh\u1eadn s\u1ef1 s\u1ee5t gi\u1ea3m v\u1ec1 bi\u00ean l\u1ee3i nhu\u1eadn g\u1ed9p v\u00e0 bi\u00ean l\u1ee3i nhu\u1eadn sau thu\u1ebf.<\/p>\n

Nguy\u00ean nh\u00e2n khi\u1ebfn t\u1ec9\u00a0su\u1ea5t l\u1ee3i nhu\u1eadn c\u1ee7a c\u00e1c doanh nghi\u1ec7p ng\u00e0nh bia suy gi\u1ea3m trong n\u0103m 2018 ch\u1ee7 y\u1ebfu \u0111\u1ebfn t\u1eeb chi ph\u00ed \u0111\u1ea7u v\u00e0o t\u0103ng. C\u1ee5 th\u1ec3, gi\u00e1 th\u00f3c \u0111\u1ea1i m\u1ea1ch trung b\u00ecnh 9 th\u00e1ng n\u0103m 2018 l\u00e0 127USD\/t\u1ea5n (t\u0103ng 30%), gi\u00e1 g\u1ea1o trung b\u00ecnh 9 th\u00e1ng n\u0103m 2018 \u0111\u1ea1t 424USD\/t\u1ea5n (t\u0103ng 6%).\u00a0Ngo\u00e0i ra, m\u1ed9t y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 t\u00e1c \u0111\u1ed9ng ti\u00eau c\u1ef1c l\u00ean c\u00e1c doanh nghi\u1ec7p ng\u00e0nh bia l\u00e0 vi\u1ec7c t\u0103ng thu\u1ebf ti\u00eau th\u1ee5 \u0111\u1eb7c bi\u1ec7t t\u1eeb 60% l\u00ean 65%.<\/p>\n

B\u00ean c\u1ea1nh \u0111\u00f3, ng\u01b0\u1eddi ti\u00eau d\u00f9ng Vi\u1ec7t Nam d\u01b0\u1eddng nh\u01b0 \u0111ang chuy\u1ec3n h\u01b0\u1edbng t\u1eeb ti\u00eau th\u1ee5 c\u00e1c s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m bia b\u00ecnh d\u00e2n sang bia c\u00f3 ch\u1ea5t l\u01b0\u1ee3ng cao. N\u1eafm b\u1eaft \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c xu h\u01b0\u1edbng n\u00e0y, v\u00e0o \u0111\u1ea7u n\u0103m ngo\u00e1i, SAB c\u0169ng \u0111\u00e3 ra m\u1eaft th\u01b0\u01a1ng hi\u1ec7u bia cao c\u1ea5p Saigon Gold.<\/p>\n

V\u1edbi ThaiBev, Sabeco c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 s\u1ebd l\u00e0 m\u1ed9t qu\u00e2n b\u00e0i t\u1ea9y chi\u1ebfn l\u01b0\u1ee3c gi\u00fap t\u1eadp \u0111o\u00e0n n\u00e0y c\u00e1n \u0111\u00edch m\u1ee5c ti\u00eau 50% doanh thu \u1edf n\u01b0\u1edbc ngo\u00e0i \u0111\u1ebfn n\u0103m 2020.
