B\u00ean c\u1ea1nh \u0111\u00f3, quan \u0111i\u1ec3m kh\u00f4ng h\u00ecnh s\u1ef1 h\u00f3a c\u00e1c quan h\u1ec7 d\u00e2n s\u1ef1 kinh t\u1ebf \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c Ch\u00ednh ph\u1ee7 kh\u1eb3ng \u0111\u1ecbnh r\u1ea5t r\u00f5. Nh\u00e0 \u0111\u1ea7u t\u01b0 \u0111ang mong ch\u1edd m\u1ed9t s\u1ef1 \u0111\u1ed3ng b\u1ed9 n\u1ec1n t\u1ea3ng h\u1ea1 t\u1ea7ng s\u1edbm nh\u1ea5t, gi\u00fap h\u1ecd ti\u1ebfp t\u1ee5c y\u00ean t\u00e2m l\u1ef1a ch\u1ecdn g\u00f3p v\u1ed1n trung v\u00e0 d\u00e0i h\u1ea1n cho doanh nghi\u1ec7p. C\u1ea5n V\u0103n L\u1ef1c, c\u1ea7n s\u1edbm s\u1eeda \u0111\u1ed5i Ngh\u1ecb \u0111\u1ecbnh 153\/2020\/N\u0110-CP v\u1ec1 ph\u00e1t h\u00e0nh TPDN ri\u00eang l\u1ebb, Ngh\u1ecb \u0111\u1ecbnh 156\/2020 v\u1ec1 x\u1eed ph\u1ea1t vi ph\u1ea1m h\u00e0nh ch\u00ednh trong l\u0129nh v\u1ef1c ch\u1ee9ng kho\u00e1n; r\u00e0 so\u00e1t Lu\u1eadt ch\u1ee9ng kho\u00e1n 2019 ti\u1ebfn t\u1edbi s\u1eeda \u0111\u1ed5i, trong \u0111\u00f3 n\u00e2ng chu\u1ea9n nh\u00e0 \u0111\u1ea7u t\u01b0 chuy\u00ean nghi\u1ec7p\u2026 \u0110\u1eb7c bi\u1ec7t, c\u1ea7n c\u00e2n nh\u1eafc m\u1ee9c \u0111\u1ed9 ph\u00f9 h\u1ee3p v\u1ec1 quy \u0111\u1ecbnh TS\u0110B, b\u1ea3o l\u00e3nh ph\u00e1t h\u00e0nh, ph\u00e2n ph\u1ed1i tr\u00e1i phi\u1ebfu\u2026<\/p>\n

Kh\u00f4ng nh\u1eefng th\u1ebf, c\u1ea7n c\u00f3 gi\u1ea3i ph\u00e1p t\u0103ng ch\u1ea5t l\u01b0\u1ee3ng TPDN \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ph\u00e1t h\u00e0nh: xem x\u00e9t quy \u0111\u1ecbnh c\u1ee5 th\u1ec3 h\u01a1n v\u1ec1 quy m\u00f4, t\u1ea7n su\u1ea5t, \u0111i\u1ec1u ki\u1ec7n ph\u00e1t h\u00e0nh; ho\u1ea1t \u0111\u1ed9ng ph\u00e1t h\u00e0nh ra c\u00f4ng ch\u00fang c\u1ea7n \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c h\u1ed7 tr\u1ee3, t\u1ea1o \u0111i\u1ec1u ki\u1ec7n thu\u1eadn l\u1ee3i h\u01a1n (\u0111\u01a1n gi\u1ea3n h\u00f3a quy tr\u00ecnh, r\u00fat ng\u1eafn th\u1eddi gian x\u1eed l\u00fd h\u1ed3 s\u01a1 \u2026).<\/p>\n
