Nh\u01b0 c\u00f3 d\u1ef1 \u00e1n, ch\u1ee7 \u0111\u1ea7u t\u01b0 ch\u1ec9 ph\u1ea3i lo h\u01a1n 10% v\u1ed1n, c\u00f2n l\u1ea1i l\u00e0 vay ng\u00e2n h\u00e0ng, \u0111i\u1ec1u n\u00e0y l\u00e0m m\u00e9o m\u00f3 n\u1ec1n kinh t\u1ebf. Sau \u0111\u00f3, nh\u00e0 \u0111\u1ea7u t\u01b0 l\u1ea1i ti\u1ebfp t\u1ee5c ch\u1ecdn nh\u00e0 th\u1ea7u b\u1eb1ng ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p ch\u1ec9 \u0111\u1ecbnh v\u00e0 h\u1ecd \u0111\u01b0a ra chi ph\u00ed c\u00e0ng cao c\u00e0ng t\u1ed1t \u0111\u1ec3 k\u00e9o d\u00e0i th\u1eddi gian thu ph\u00ed. Cu\u1ed1i c\u00f9ng ng\u01b0\u1eddi d\u00e2n ngh\u00e8o bao gi\u1edd c\u0169ng ph\u1ea3i thua thi\u1ec7t nhi\u1ec1u nh\u1ea5t b\u1edfi ph\u00ed BOT s\u1ebd t\u00e1c \u0111\u1ed9ng \u0111\u1ebfn h\u00e0ng h\u00f3a, d\u1ecbch v\u1ee5”.<\/em><\/p>\n

V\u1ecb lu\u1eadt s\u01b0 c\u0169ng ch\u1ec9 ra r\u1eb1ng, hi\u1ec7n quy \u0111\u1ecbnh “qu\u00e1 th\u00f4ng tho\u00e1ng” khi \u0111\u1ec3 B\u1ed9 Giao th\u00f4ng V\u1eadn t\u1ea3i, UBND t\u1ec9nh c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 u\u1ef7 quy\u1ec1n cho UBND qu\u1eadn, huy\u1ec7n k\u00fd nh\u1eefng h\u1ee3p \u0111\u1ed3ng BOT v\u1edbi nh\u1eefng d\u1ef1 \u00e1n t\u1ed5ng m\u1ee9c \u0111\u1ea7u t\u01b0 l\u00ean t\u1edbi h\u00e0ng tr\u0103m t\u1ef7 \u0111\u1ed3ng.<\/em><\/p>\n

Lu\u1eadt s\u01b0 \u0110\u1ee9c c\u0169ng cho r\u1eb1ng \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi c\u00e1c d\u1ef1 \u00e1n BOT “ch\u1ec9 \u0111\u1ecbnh th\u1ea7u th\u00ec lo th\u00e2n h\u1eefu nh\u01b0ng \u0111\u1ea5u th\u1ea7u kh\u00f4ng \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c kh\u00e1ch quan nh\u01b0 k\u1ef3 v\u1ecdng”.<\/em><\/p>\n

“Khi \u0111\u1ea5u th\u1ea7u xu\u1ea5t hi\u1ec7n to\u00e0n \u2018qu\u00e2n xanh qu\u00e2n \u0111\u1ecf. L\u00fac \u0111\u00f3 \u0111\u1ea5u th\u1ea7u l\u1ea1i l\u00e0 bi\u1ec7n ph\u00e1p \u0111\u1ec3 ng\u01b0\u1eddi ta h\u1ee3p th\u1ee9c h\u00f3a ch\u1ec9 \u0111\u1ecbnh th\u1ea7u m\u1ed9t c\u00e1ch \u00eam xu\u00f4i\u201d, \u00f4ng \u0110\u1ee9c n\u00f3i.<\/em><\/p>\n
