Ph\u00e1t bi\u1ec3u t\u1ea1i t\u1ecda \u0111\u00e0m “D\u1ef1 \u00e1n BOT – Ch\u00ednh s\u00e1ch v\u00e0 gi\u1ea3i ph\u00e1p<\/em>” do Trung t\u00e2m Tr\u1ecdng t\u00e0i Qu\u1ed1c t\u1ebf Vi\u1ec7t Nam (VIAC) ph\u1ed1i h\u1ee3p v\u1edbi Vi\u1ec7n nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u ch\u00ednh s\u00e1ch, ph\u00e1p lu\u1eadt v\u00e0 ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n t\u1ed5 ch\u1ee9c ng\u00e0y 8\/9, TS Nguy\u1ec5n S\u1ef9 D\u0169ng, nguy\u00ean Ph\u00f3 ch\u1ee7 nhi\u1ec7m V\u0103n ph\u00f2ng Qu\u1ed1c h\u1ed9i cho r\u1eb1ng \u0111ang t\u1ed3n t\u1ea1i t\u00ecnh tr\u1ea1ng “thu ph\u00ed BOT nh\u01b0 ki\u1ec3u tr\u1ea5n l\u1ed9t”, kh\u00f4ng \u00edt ng\u01b0\u1eddi d\u00e2n ch\u1ec9 \u0111i qua tr\u1ea1m thu ph\u00ed m\u00e0 kh\u00f4ng \u0111i tr\u00ean \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng nh\u01b0ng c\u0169ng ph\u1ea3i n\u1ed9p ph\u00ed.<\/p>\n

Ngo\u00e0i ra, theo \u00f4ng, m\u1ed9t b\u1ea5t c\u1eadp n\u1eefa hi\u1ec7n nay l\u00e0 t\u00ecnh tr\u1ea1ng ch\u1ec9 \u0111\u1ecbnh nh\u00e0 \u0111\u1ea7u t\u01b0, nh\u00e0 th\u1ea7u cho c\u00e1c d\u1ef1 \u00e1n BOT. Mu\u1ed1n k\u00e9o d\u00e0i th\u1eddi h\u1ea1n thu ph\u00ed \u0111\u1ec3 thu th\u00eam. Lu\u1eadt cho ph\u00e9p thu \u0111\u1ee7 g\u1ed1c, \u0111\u1ee7 l\u00e3i, \u0111\u1ed3ng th\u1eddi Nh\u00e0 n\u01b0\u1edbc d\u1ec5 ch\u1ea5p nh\u1eadn nh\u1eefng ph\u01b0\u01a1ng \u00e1n \u0111\u1ec1 xu\u1ea5t c\u1ee7a nh\u00e0 \u0111\u1ea7u t\u01b0.<\/p>\n
