L\u00fd do truy thu \u201cgi\u00e1 t\u00ednh thu\u1ebf TT\u0110B ph\u1ea3i l\u00e0 gi\u00e1 b\u00e1n ra c\u1ee7a c\u00f4ng ty c\u1ed5 ph\u1ea7n th\u01b0\u01a1ng m\u1ea1i khu v\u1ef1c, kh\u00f4ng ph\u1ea3i l\u00e0 gi\u00e1 b\u00e1n ra t\u1ea1i Cty TNHH m\u1ed9t th\u00e0nh vi\u00ean th\u01b0\u01a1ng m\u1ea1i Sabeco\u201d. C\u00f2n \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi Habeco \u201cgi\u00e1 t\u00ednh thu\u1ebf TT\u0110B ph\u1ea3i l\u00e0 gi\u00e1 b\u00e1n ra c\u1ee7a c\u00f4ng ty bao ti\u00eau s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m, kh\u00f4ng ph\u1ea3i l\u00e0 gi\u00e1 b\u00e1n ra t\u1ea1i c\u00f4ng ty m\u1eb9\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><em>Theo Lu\u1eadt s\u01b0 Tr\u01b0\u01a1ng Thanh \u0110\u1ee9c \u2013 Gi\u00e1m \u0111\u1ed1c C\u00f4ng ty Lu\u1eadt ANVI, Tr\u1ecdng t\u00e0i vi\u00ean VIAC, Lu\u1eadt Ban h\u00e0nh v\u0103n b\u1ea3n quy ph\u1ea1m ph\u00e1p lu\u1eadt c\u1ee7a Vi\u1ec7t Nam c\u0169ng nh\u01b0 tinh th\u1ea7n chung c\u1ee7a ph\u00e1p lu\u1eadt l\u00e0 kh\u00f4ng h\u1ed3i t\u1ed1.
