Khi n\u00f3i v\u1ec1 nh\u1eefng \u0111i\u1ec3m m\u1edbi c\u1ee7a Quy t\u1eafc VIAC 2017 \u00f4ng Phan Tr\u1ecdng \u0110\u1ea1t \u2013 Ph\u00f3 T\u1ed5ng Th\u01b0 k\u00fd VIAC cho bi\u1ebft, \u0111\u00e2y l\u00e0 quy t\u1eafc tr\u1ecdng t\u00e0i \u0111\u1ea7u ti\u00ean t\u1ea1i Vi\u1ec7t Nam ra \u0111\u1eddi \u0111\u00e1p \u1ee9ng s\u1ef1 thay \u0111\u1ed5i c\u1ee7a quy \u0111\u1ecbnh ph\u00e1p lu\u1eadt li\u00ean quan t\u1edbi vi\u1ec7c g\u1ed9p c\u00e1c quan h\u1ec7 ph\u00e1p lu\u1eadt v\u00e0o gi\u1ea3i quy\u1ebft chung trong m\u1ed9t v\u1ee5 tranh ch\u1ea5p.<\/p>\n

Theo t\u00ednh to\u00e1n c\u1ee7a VIAC, quy t\u1eafc m\u1edbi s\u1ebd gi\u00fap DN ti\u1ebft ki\u1ec7m t\u1eeb 15%-37% ph\u00ed tr\u1ecdng t\u00e0i, gi\u1ea3m t\u1ed1i \u0111a th\u1eddi gian theo ki\u1ec7n c\u1ee7a c\u00e1c b\u00ean t\u1eeb \u0111\u00f3 ti\u1ebft ki\u1ec7m \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c th\u00eam c\u00e1c chi ph\u00ed thu\u00ea lu\u1eadt s\u01b0, chi ph\u00ed \u0111i l\u1ea1i v\u00e0 c\u00e1c ph\u00ed t\u1ed5n kh\u00e1c cho DN. M\u1ed9t \u0111i\u1ec3m n\u1ed5i b\u1eadt n\u1eefa trong Quy t\u1eafc VIAC 2017 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c th\u1ec3 hi\u1ec7n \u1edf \u0110i\u1ec1u 37: Th\u1ee7 t\u1ee5c r\u00fat g\u1ecdn. M\u1eb7c d\u00f9 trong n\u0103m 2016, VIAC ti\u1ebfp t\u1ee5c gi\u1eef v\u1eefng t\u1ed1c \u0111\u1ed9 trung b\u00ecnh gi\u1ea3i quy\u1ebft tranh ch\u1ea5p l\u00e0 153 ng\u00e0y\/v\u1ee5 tranh ch\u1ea5p. Tuy nhi\u00ean, v\u1edbi th\u1ee7 t\u1ee5c r\u00fat g\u1ecdn t\u1ea1i \u0110i\u1ec1u 37, th\u1eddi gian gi\u1ea3i quy\u1ebft tranh ch\u1ea5p ch\u1eafc ch\u1eafn s\u1ebd ti\u1ebfp t\u1ee5c \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c gi\u1ea3m nhi\u1ec1u h\u01a1n n\u1eefa.
