T\u00ednh t\u1eeb n\u0103m 2013 d\u1ebfn nay, VACM \u0111\u00e3 th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n mua \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c 25.062 kho\u1ea3n n\u1ee3 c\u1ee7a 42 t\u1ed5 ch\u1ee9c t\u00edn d\u1ee5ng (TCTD) v\u1edbi t\u1ed5ng d\u01b0 n\u1ee3 g\u1ed1c l\u00e0 262.054 t\u1ef7 \u0111\u1ed3ng. Gi\u00e1 mua n\u1ee3 l\u00e0 227.848 t\u1ef7 \u0111\u1ed3ng.<\/p>\n

\u0110\u00e1ng ch\u00fa \u00fd, n\u0103m 2015 l\u00e0 n\u0103m mua n\u1ee3 k\u1ef7 l\u1ee5c c\u1ee7a VAMC v\u1edbi t\u1ed5ng d\u01b0 n\u1ee3 g\u1ed1c \u0111\u00e3 mua l\u00ean t\u1edbi 107.915 t\u1ef7 \u0111\u1ed3ng v\u1edbi gi\u00e1 mua 99.244 t\u1ef7 \u0111\u1ed3ng. C\u00f2n trong 9 th\u00e1ng c\u1ee7a n\u0103m 2016, VAMC \u0111\u00e3 mua \u0111c 21.094 t\u1ef7 \u0111\u1ed3ng n\u1ee3 x\u1ea5u.<\/p>\n

Theo \u00f4ng H\u00f9ng, h\u1ea7u h\u1ebft kho\u1ea3n n\u1ee3 x\u1ea5u \u0111\u1ec1u c\u00f3 t\u00e0i s\u1ea3n b\u1ea3o \u0111\u1ea3m l\u00e0 b\u1ea5t \u0111\u1ed9ng s\u1ea3n ho\u1eb7c t\u00e0i s\u1ea3n h\u00ecnh th\u00e0nh t\u1eeb v\u1ed1n vay nh\u01b0 b\u1ea5t \u0111\u1ed9ng s\u1ea3n, x\u00ed nghi\u1ec7p, khu c\u00f4ng nghi\u1ec7p, d\u1ef1 \u00e1n, tr\u00e1i phi\u1ebfu doanh nghi\u1ec7p\u2026<\/p>\n

\u00d4ng H\u00f9ng cho hay, sau khi mua n\u1ee3, VAMC \u0111\u00e3 ph\u1ed1i h\u1ee3p v\u1edbi c\u00e1c TCTD \u0111\u1ec3 ph\u00e2n lo\u1ea1i, \u0111\u00e1nh gi\u00e1 th\u1ef1c tr\u1ea1ng kho\u1ea3n n\u1ee3, t\u1eeb \u0111\u00f3 x\u00e2y d\u1ef1ng ph\u01b0\u01a1ng \u00e1n x\u1eed l\u00fd kh\u1ed1i n\u1ee3 155.362 t\u1ef7 \u0111\u1ed3ng n\u1ee3 x\u1ea5u. Trong \u0111\u00f3, s\u1ed1 d\u01b0 n\u1ee3 g\u1ed1c c\u01a1 c\u1ea5u l\u1ea1i c\u1ee7a 258 kh\u00e1ch h\u00e0ng l\u00e0 55.603 t\u1ef7 \u0111\u1ed3ng, b\u00e1n n\u1ee3 841 t\u1ef7 \u0111\u1ed3ng, x\u1eed l\u00fd t\u00e0i s\u1ea3n b\u1ea3o \u0111\u1ea3m l\u00e0 38.902 t\u1ef7 \u0111\u1ed3ng. \u0110\u00e1ng ch\u00fa \u00fd, \u0111\u00e3 kh\u1edfi ki\u1ec7n thi h\u00e0nh \u00e1n 44.140 t\u1ef7 \u0111\u1ed3ng n\u1ee3 x\u1ea5u. C\u00f2n s\u1ed1 li\u1ec7u n\u1ee3 thu h\u1ed3i \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ch\u1ec9 \u0111\u1ea1t 15.876 t\u1ef7 \u0111\u1ed3ng.<\/p>\n

S\u1ed1 li\u1ec7u c\u1eadp nh\u1ea5t m\u1edbi nh\u1ea5t t\u00ednh \u0111\u1ebfn ng\u00e0y 22\/10\/2016, VAMC \u0111\u00e3 x\u1eed l\u00fd \u0111\u00f4n \u0111\u1ed1c, thu h\u1ed3i \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c 39.200 t\u1ef7 \u0111\u1ed3ng n\u1ee3 x\u1ea5u, chi\u1ebfm t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 14,95% t\u1ed5ng kh\u1ed1i n\u1ee3 \u0111\u00e3 mua c\u1ee7a c\u00f4ng ty n\u00e0y. \u201cK\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n n\u00e0y cho th\u1ea5y vi\u1ec7c x\u1eed l\u00fd t\u00e0i s\u1ea3n, thu h\u1ed3i n\u1ee3 x\u1ea5u l\u00e0 v\u00f4 c\u00f9ng kh\u00f3 kh\u0103n \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi VAMC v\u00e0 c\u00e1c TCTD\u201d- \u00d4ng H\u00f9ng nh\u1ea5n m\u1ea1nh.<\/p>\n
