Song, \u0111\u1ebfn th\u1eddi \u0111i\u1ec3m n\u00e0y, nh\u1eefng kh\u00f3 kh\u0103n m\u00e0 kh\u1ed1i SME ph\u1ea3i \u0111\u1ed1i m\u1eb7t v\u1eabn lu\u00f4n l\u00e0 v\u1ea5n \u0111\u1ec1 \u0111\u00e1ng b\u00e0n, d\u00f9 th\u1eddi gian qua Ch\u00ednh ph\u1ee7 \u0111\u00e3 tri\u1ec3n khai nhi\u1ec1u ch\u01b0\u01a1ng tr\u00ecnh h\u1ed7 tr\u1ee3 vay v\u1ed1n c\u0169ng nh\u01b0 b\u1ea3o l\u00e3nh t\u00edn d\u1ee5ng, h\u1ed7 tr\u1ee3 t\u00edn d\u1ee5ng.<\/p>\n

Theo kh\u1ea3o s\u00e1t c\u1ee7a T\u1ed5ng c\u00f4ng ty T\u00e0i ch\u00ednh Qu\u1ed1c t\u1ebf (IFC), hi\u1ec7n nay ch\u1ec9 c\u00f3 kho\u1ea3ng 21% trong kh\u1ed1i SME c\u1ee7a Vi\u1ec7t Nam li\u00ean k\u1ebft \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c v\u1edbi chu\u1ed7i cung \u1ee9ng to\u00e0n c\u1ea7u, trong khi \u1edf Th\u00e1i Lan l\u00e0 30%, Malaysia l\u00e0 46%.<\/p>\n

\u0110\u00e1nh gi\u00e1 v\u1ec1 t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 n\u00e0y, \u00f4ng Nguy\u1ec5n M\u1ea1i – Ch\u1ee7 t\u1ecbch Hi\u1ec7p h\u1ed9i C\u00e1c doanh nghi\u1ec7p \u0111\u1ea7u t\u01b0 n\u01b0\u1edbc ngo\u00e0i cho r\u1eb1ng, t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 21% SME li\u00ean k\u1ebft \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c v\u00e0o chu\u1ed7i l\u00e0 qu\u00e1 th\u1ea5p. Hi\u1ec7n t\u1ea1i, in v\u1ea3i, d\u1ec7t nhu\u1ed9m, ph\u00e2n ph\u1ed1i c\u00f3 gi\u00e1 tr\u1ecb cao trong chu\u1ed7i d\u1ec7t may, da gi\u00e0y, doanh nghi\u1ec7p (DN) Vi\u1ec7t Nam tham gia r\u1ea5t \u00edt. Ch\u00ednh v\u00ec v\u1eady, gi\u00e1 tr\u1ecb gia t\u0103ng \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi ng\u00e0nh s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t m\u00e0 c\u00e1c DN \u0111\u1ea1t \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c l\u00e0 r\u1ea5t th\u1ea5p.<\/p>\n

Hi\u1ec7n t\u1ea1i, kh\u1ed1i SME t\u1ea1i Vi\u1ec7t Nam \u0111ang \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ph\u00e2n th\u00e0nh c\u00e1c nh\u00f3m, g\u1ed3m DN si\u00eau nh\u1ecf (chi\u1ebfm ch\u1ee7 y\u1ebfu), DN nh\u1ecf v\u00e0 v\u1eeba. DN si\u00eau nh\u1ecf l\u00e0 m\u00f4 h\u00ecnh DN c\u00f3 lao \u0111\u1ed9ng t\u1eeb 5 – 10 ng\u01b0\u1eddi, doanh thu m\u1ed7i n\u0103m d\u01b0\u1edbi 10 t\u1ef7 \u0111\u1ed3ng, c\u00f2n DN nh\u1ecf l\u00e0 kho\u1ea3ng 100 lao \u0111\u1ed9ng. V\u1edbi quy m\u00f4 nh\u01b0 v\u1eady, v\u1ea5n \u0111\u1ec1 c\u1ea7n l\u00e0m l\u00e0 c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 h\u1ed7 tr\u1ee3 DN nh\u1ecf v\u00e0 DN si\u00eau nh\u1ecf l\u1edbn m\u1ea1nh h\u01a1n.<\/p>\n
