Li\u00ean quan \u0111\u1ebfn v\u1ea5n \u0111\u1ec1 n\u00e0y, \u00f4ng Tr\u1ea7n B\u1ea3o Ng\u1ecdc cho hay, v\u1ec1 GrabTaxi, B\u1ed9 GTVT \u0111\u00e3 c\u00f3 v\u0103n b\u1ea3n b\u00e1o c\u00e1o Th\u1ee7 t\u01b0\u1edbng Ch\u00ednh ph\u1ee7 cho th\u00ed \u0111i\u1ec3m v\u1eadn t\u1ea3i kh\u00e1ch theo h\u1ee3p \u0111\u1ed3ng \u0111i\u1ec7n t\u1eed (GrabCar). Do v\u1eady, B\u1ed9 GTVT v\u1eabn t\u1ea1o \u0111i\u1ec1u ki\u1ec7n \u0111\u1ec3 c\u00f4ng ty c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 kinh doanh, \u0111em l\u1ea1i l\u1ee3i \u00edch cho ng\u01b0\u1eddi d\u00e2n, doanh nghi\u1ec7p, g\u00f3p ph\u1ea7n gi\u1ea3m l\u01b0u l\u01b0\u1ee3ng giao th\u00f4ng, gi\u1ea3m tai n\u1ea1n giao th\u00f4ng, gi\u1ea3m chi ph\u00ed v\u1eadn t\u1ea3i.<\/p>\n<p>C\u1ee5 th\u1ec3, B\u1ed9 GTVT y\u00eau c\u1ea7u Uber ch\u1ec9 k\u00fd h\u1ee3p \u0111\u1ed3ng v\u1edbi \u0111\u01a1n v\u1ecb v\u1eadn t\u1ea3i c\u00f3 gi\u1ea5y ph\u00e9p, \u0111\u1ee7 \u0111i\u1ec1u ki\u1ec7n kinh doanh v\u1eadn t\u1ea3i theo \u0111\u00fang quy \u0111\u1ecbnh. \u0110\u1ed3ng th\u1eddi, c\u00e1c \u0111\u01a1n v\u1ecb kinh doanh v\u1eadn t\u1ea3i \u0111\u00e3 v\u00e0 s\u1ebd k\u00fd h\u1ee3p \u0111\u1ed3ng v\u1edbi Uber ph\u1ea3i \u0111\u00e1p \u1ee9ng \u0111\u1ea7y \u0111\u1ee7 c\u00e1c quy \u0111\u1ecbnh v\u1ec1 \u0111i\u1ec1u ki\u1ec7n kinh doanh v\u1eadn t\u1ea3i. Tuy nhi\u00ean, \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi xe h\u1ee3p \u0111\u1ed3ng th\u00ec Th\u00f4ng t\u01b0 152 l\u1ea1i quy \u0111\u1ecbnh vi\u1ec7c doanh nghi\u1ec7p c\u00f3 ph\u1ea3i k\u00ea khai gi\u00e1 hay kh\u00f4ng l\u00e0 do UBND t\u1ec9nh, th\u00e0nh ph\u1ed1 \u0111\u00f3 c\u00f3 th\u1ea5y c\u1ea7n thi\u1ebft hay kh\u00f4ng.
