D\u1ef1 th\u1ea3o Lu\u1eadt \u0110\u1ea7u t\u01b0 s\u1eeda \u0111\u1ed5i, Lu\u1eadt B\u1ea3o hi\u1ec3m x\u00e3 h\u1ed9i, K\u00fd k\u1ebft h\u1ee3p t\u00e1c xuy\u00ean Th\u00e1i B\u00ecnh D\u01b0\u01a1ng (TPP) v\u00e0 K\u00fd k\u1ebft Hi\u1ec7p \u0111\u1ecbnh Th\u01b0\u01a1ng m\u1ea1i t\u1ef1 do ASEAN-EU \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c kho\u1ea3ng 9% DN quan t\u00e2m. Lu\u1eadt D\u1ea1y ngh\u1ec1 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u00edt DN quan t\u00e2m nh\u1ea5t trong s\u1ed1 c\u00e1c d\u1ef1 lu\u1eadt \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c n\u00eau, chi\u1ebfm kho\u1ea3ng 0,8%.<\/p>\n

Kh\u1ea3o s\u00e1t \u00fd ki\u1ebfn DN v\u1ec1 Lu\u1eadt DN 2005, c\u00f3 \u0111\u1ebfn 32,7% DN cho r\u1eb1ng v\u1eabn t\u1ed3n t\u1ea1i s\u1ef1 kh\u00f4ng t\u01b0\u01a1ng th\u00edch gi\u1eefa \u00a0Lu\u1eadt DN v\u00e0 c\u00e1c v\u0103n b\u1ea3n h\u01b0\u1edbng d\u1eabn thi h\u00e0nh. N\u1ed9i dung DN cho l\u00e0 b\u1ea5t c\u1eadp, g\u00e2y kh\u00f3 kh\u0103n nh\u1ea5t cho DN l\u00e0 quy \u0111\u1ecbnh v\u1ec1 chia t\u00e1ch, h\u1ee3p nh\u1ea5t, s\u00e1p nh\u1eadp DN. C\u00f3 \u0111\u1ebfn 23,2% DN \u0111\u1ed3ng t\u00ecnh v\u1edbi nh\u1eadn\u00a0\u0111\u1ecbnh n\u00e0y.<\/p>\n

\u0110\u1eebng \u0111\u1ec3 doanh nghi\u1ec7p \u201cng\u00e3 ng\u1eeda\u201d khi lu\u1eadt \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ban h\u00e0nh<\/strong><\/p>\n

K\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 kh\u1ea3o s\u00e1t c\u0169ng cho th\u1ea5y, c\u00f3 \u0111\u1ebfn 68,3% \u00a0DN s\u1eb5n s\u00e0ng tham gia x\u00e2y d\u1ef1ng d\u1ef1 th\u1ea3o lu\u1eadt m\u00e0 h\u1ecd qu\u00e2n t\u00e2m. \u0110i\u1ec1u n\u00e0y th\u1ec3 hi\u1ec7n \u00fd th\u1ee9c c\u1ee7a DN trong vi\u1ec7c x\u00e2y d\u1ef1ng, ho\u00e0n thi\u1ec7n c\u00e1c \u0111i\u1ec1u lu\u1eadt \u0111\u1ec3 c\u00e1c \u0111i\u1ec1u lu\u1eadt ban h\u00e0nh s\u00e1t v\u1edbi th\u1ef1c ti\u1ec5n h\u01a1n. Nhi\u1ec1u DN chia s\u1ebb vi\u1ec7c tham gia x\u00e2y d\u1ef1ng d\u1ef1 th\u1ea3o lu\u1eadt hay c\u00e1c v\u0103n b\u1ea3n h\u01b0\u1edbng d\u1eabn, nh\u1ea5t l\u00e0 nh\u1eefng v\u1ea5n \u0111\u1ec1 li\u00ean quan \u0111\u1ebfn ho\u1ea1t \u0111\u1ed9ng c\u1ee7a DN ch\u00ednh l\u00e0 quy\u1ec1n l\u1ee3i s\u00e1t s\u01b0\u1eddn c\u1ee7a DN, m\u1eb7c d\u00f9 kh\u00f4ng ph\u1ea3i tr\u01b0\u1eddng h\u1ee3p n\u00e0o DN c\u0169ng \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c xin \u00fd ki\u1ebfn.
