C\u00f2n th\u01b0\u1eddng vay ng\u1eafn h\u1ea1n \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi c\u00e1c DNNVV, m\u1ee9c l\u00e3i su\u1ea5t l\u00e0 7 &#8211; 8%; l\u00e3i su\u1ea5t cho vay trung v\u00e0 d\u00e0i h\u1ea1n th\u01b0\u1eddng 9 &#8211; 10%.<\/p>\n<p><strong>V\u00ec sao\u00a0kh\u00f3 ti\u1ebfp c\u1eadn v\u1ed1n?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00d4ng Long cho bi\u1ebft hi\u1ec7n ch\u1ec9 kho\u1ea3ng 15% DNNVV ti\u1ebfp c\u1eadn \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c m\u00e1y m\u00f3c thi\u1ebft b\u1ecb hi\u1ec7n \u0111\u1ea1i. \u201cCh\u00fang t\u00f4i \u0111ang khuy\u1ebfn kh\u00edch cho DNNVV \u0111\u1ed5i m\u1edbi v\u1ec1 c\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7, b\u1edfi m\u00e1y m\u00f3c thi\u1ebft b\u1ecb hi\u1ec7n nay l\u1ea1c h\u1eadu (l\u1ea1c h\u1eadu \u0111\u1ebfn 2 &#8211; 3 th\u1ebf h\u1ec7 so v\u1edbi m\u1eb7t b\u1eb1ng chung th\u1ebf gi\u1edbi). 88% m\u00e1y m\u00f3c hi\u1ec7n l\u1ea1c h\u1eadu ho\u1eb7c \u1edf m\u00fac trung b\u00ecnh, trung b\u00ecnh kh\u00e1\u201d, \u00f4ng Long n\u00f3i.<\/p>\n<p>Tuy v\u1eady, v\u1ea5n \u0111\u1ec1 v\u1ed1n lu\u00f4n l\u00e0 b\u00e0i to\u00e1n kh\u00f3 gi\u1ea3i quy\u1ebft, \u0111\u1eb7c bi\u1ec7t l\u00e0 vi\u1ec7c ti\u1ebfp c\u1eadn v\u1ed1n vay ng\u00e2n h\u00e0ng c\u1ee7a kh\u1ed1i DNNVV. Theo kh\u1ea3o s\u00e1t g\u1ea7n \u0111\u00e2y c\u1ee7a SISME, ch\u1ec9 c\u00f3 kho\u1ea3ng 32,38% s\u1ed1 DN cho bi\u1ebft c\u00f3 kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng ti\u1ebfp c\u1eadn v\u00e0 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c vay v\u1ed1n th\u01b0\u1eddng xuy\u00ean; 35,24% ph\u1ea3n \u00e1nh l\u00e0 kh\u00f3 ti\u1ebfp c\u1eadn; s\u1ed1 c\u00f2n l\u1ea1i cho bi\u1ebft kh\u00f4ng th\u1ec3 ti\u1ebfp c\u1eadn \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c v\u1ed1n vay.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00ednh \u0111\u1ebfn h\u1ebft th\u00e1ng 6\/2014, t\u1ef7 tr\u1ecdng d\u01b0 n\u1ee3 khu v\u1ef1c DNNVV chi\u1ebfm 25% (896,808 ngh\u00ecn t\u1ef7 so v\u1edbi 3,6 tri\u1ec7u t\u1ef7), t\u1ed1c \u0111\u1ed9 t\u0103ng tr\u01b0\u1edfng t\u00edn d\u1ee5ng l\u00e0 2% so v\u1edbi \u0111\u1ea7u n\u0103m; g\u1ea7n 90% vay b\u1eb1ng n\u1ed9i t\u1ec7; t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 n\u1ee3 x\u1ea5u lu\u00f4n xu h\u01b0\u1edbng t\u0103ng l\u00ean (tr\u00ean 5%). Trong khi \u0111\u00f3, t\u1ed5ng gi\u00e1 tr\u1ecb t\u00e0i s\u1ea3n b\u1ea3o \u0111\u1ea3m l\u1ea1i t\u0103ng b\u00ecnh qu\u00e2n 7% su\u1ed1t 3 n\u0103m g\u1ea7n \u0111\u00e2y v\u00e0 t\u1ef7 tr\u1ecdng t\u00e0i s\u1ea3n b\u1ea3o \u0111\u1ea3m so v\u1edbi t\u1ed5ng d\u01b0 n\u1ee3 t\u0103ng \u0111\u00e1ng k\u1ec3.<\/p>\n<p>Nguy\u00ean nh\u00e2n kh\u00f3 ti\u1ebfp c\u1eadn v\u1ed1n l\u00e0 v\u00ec t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 ti\u1ebfp c\u1eadn v\u00e0 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c b\u1ea3o l\u00e3nh r\u1ea5t th\u1ea5p, t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 r\u1ee7i ro v\u1ec1 b\u1ea3o l\u00e3nh cao. T\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 t\u1eeb ch\u1ed1i tr\u1ea3 thay c\u1ee7a VDB c\u0169ng kh\u00e1 cao 18,63%. \u0110\u00e2y l\u00e0 nguy\u00ean nh\u00e2n ch\u00ednh khi\u1ebfn c\u00e1c DN n\u00e0y ti\u1ebfp c\u1eadn t\u00edn d\u1ee5ng c\u1ee7a c\u00e1c NHTM th\u00f4ng qua b\u1ea3o l\u00e3nh c\u1ee7a VDB ng\u00e0y c\u00e0ng h\u1ea1n ch\u1ebf\u201d, \u00f4ng Long cho bi\u1ebft.<\/p>\n<p>M\u1ed9t nguy\u00ean nh\u00e2n n\u1eefa, l\u00e0 t\u00e1i c\u01a1 c\u1ea5u n\u1ee3 v\u00e0 \u0111i\u1ec1u ch\u1ec9nh gi\u1ea3m l\u00e3i vay c\u00f2n ch\u1eadm.
