PGS-TS Nguy\u1ec5n Th\u1ecb M\u00f9i, chuy\u00ean gia ng\u00e0nh t\u00e0i ch\u00ednh, cho r\u1eb1ng quy \u0111\u1ecbnh n\u00e0y v\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t \u00fd t\u01b0\u1edfng l\u00e0 r\u1ea5t t\u1ed1t, t\u00edch c\u1ef1c nh\u1eb1m b\u1ea3o v\u1ec7 quy\u1ec1n l\u1ee3i c\u1ee7a ng\u01b0\u1eddi y\u1ebfu th\u1ebf v\u00e0 gi\u00fap h\u1ea1n ch\u1ebf t\u00edn d\u1ee5ng ch\u1ee3 \u0111en, vay n\u00f3ng, vay n\u1eb7ng l\u00e3i. Tuy nhi\u00ean, trong b\u1ed1i c\u1ea3nh hi\u1ec7n nay khi th\u1ecb tr\u01b0\u1eddng t\u00edn d\u1ee5ng ch\u00ednh th\u1ee9c ch\u01b0a \u0111\u00e1p \u1ee9ng \u0111\u1ee7 nhu c\u1ea7u vay v\u1ed1n cho ng\u01b0\u1eddi d\u00e2n th\u00ec vi\u1ec7c \u00e1p d\u1ee5ng chung m\u1ee9c tr\u1ea7n l\u00e3i su\u1ea5t 20% cho t\u1ea5t c\u1ea3 c\u00e1c \u0111\u1ed1i t\u01b0\u1ee3ng l\u00e0 ch\u01b0a ph\u00f9 h\u1ee3p.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00e0 M\u00f9i d\u1eabn ch\u1ee9ng: \u201cng\u00e2n h\u00e0ng th\u01b0\u01a1ng m\u1ea1i huy \u0111\u1ed9ng v\u1ed1n d\u1ec5 d\u00e0ng h\u01a1n so v\u1edbi c\u00e1c c\u00f4ng ty t\u00e0i ch\u00ednh. H\u01a1n n\u1eefa, v\u1edbi l\u00e3i su\u1ea5t b\u00ecnh qu\u00e2n \u0111\u1ea7u v\u00e0o kho\u1ea3ng\u00a08%-9% m\u00e0 cho vay 20% l\u00e0 qu\u00e1 cao.
