B\u1edfi l\u1ebd gi\u00e1 th\u1ecb tr\u01b0\u1eddng t\u1ea1i \u0111\u00f3 200 tri\u1ec7u \u0111\u1ed3ng\/m<sup>2<\/sup> nh\u01b0ng gi\u00e1 b\u1ed3i th\u01b0\u1eddng ch\u1ec9 c\u00f3 30 \u0111\u1ebfn 40 tri\u1ec7u \u0111\u1ed3ng\/m<sup>2<\/sup> th\u00ec l\u00e0m sao ng\u01b0\u1eddi d\u00e2n n\u00e0o \u0111\u1ed3ng \u00fd!\u201d. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Theo TS Ph\u1ea1m S\u1ef9 Li\u00eam, Ph\u00f3 Ch\u1ee7 t\u1ecbch T\u1ed5ng h\u1ed9i X\u00e2y d\u1ef1ng Vi\u1ec7t Nam, v\u1ea5n \u0111\u1ec1 b\u1ed3i th\u01b0\u1eddng theo gi\u00e1 th\u1ecb tr\u01b0\u1eddng r\u00f5 r\u00e0ng kh\u00f4ng \u0111\u01a1n gi\u1ea3n. \u201cB\u1edfi l\u1ebd \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi \u0111\u1ea5t \u0111\u00f4 th\u1ecb, gi\u00e1 tr\u1ecb c\u1ee7a \u0111\u1ea5t ph\u1ee5 thu\u1ed9c v\u00e0o v\u1ecb tr\u00ed th\u1eeda \u0111\u1ea5t.
