Theo quy \u0111\u1ecbnh t\u1ea1i kho\u1ea3n 3, \u0111i\u1ec1u 86 B\u1ed9 lu\u1eadt D\u00e2n s\u1ef1 n\u0103m 2005 v\u1ec1 \u201cN\u0103ng l\u1ef1c ph\u00e1p lu\u1eadt d\u00e2n s\u1ef1 c\u1ee7a ph\u00e1p nh\u00e2n\u201d th\u00ec \u201cNg\u01b0\u1eddi \u0111\u1ea1i di\u1ec7n theo ph\u00e1p lu\u1eadt ho\u1eb7c ng\u01b0\u1eddi \u0111\u1ea1i di\u1ec7n theo \u1ee7y quy\u1ec1n c\u1ee7a ph\u00e1p nh\u00e2n nh\u00e2n danh ph\u00e1p nh\u00e2n trong quan h\u1ec7 d\u00e2n s\u1ef1\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>C\u00f2n theo quy \u0111\u1ecbnh c\u1ee7a Lu\u1eadt Doanh nghi\u1ec7p n\u0103m 2005, th\u00ec ch\u1ee7 doanh nghi\u1ec7p lu\u00f4n l\u00e0 ng\u01b0\u1eddi \u0111\u1ea1i di\u1ec7n theo ph\u00e1p lu\u1eadt c\u1ee7a doanh nghi\u1ec7p t\u01b0 nh\u00e2n.
