Trong b\u1ed1i c\u1ea3nh \u0111\u00f3, b\u1ea5t \u0111\u1ed9ng s\u1ea3n d\u00f9 b\u1ecb h\u1ea1n ch\u1ebf v\u1ec1 ch\u1ee7 tr\u01b0\u01a1ng v\u1eabn tr\u1edf th\u00e0nh \u201ch\u1ea7m tr\u00fa \u1ea9n\u201d c\u1ee7a d\u00f2ng v\u1ed1n nh\u1edd t\u00e0i s\u1ea3n b\u1ea3o \u0111\u1ea3m r\u00f5 r\u00e0ng, l\u00e3i su\u1ea5t h\u1ea5p d\u1eabn v\u00e0 r\u1ee7i ro ph\u00e1p l\u00fd th\u1ea5p h\u01a1n.<\/h6>\n<h6>M\u1ed9t ngh\u1ecbch l\u00fd kh\u00e1c \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u00f4ng \u0110\u1ee9c ch\u1ec9 ra l\u00e0 vi\u1ec7c \u00e1p d\u1ee5ng l\u00e3i su\u1ea5t \u01b0u \u0111\u00e3i qu\u00e1 th\u1ea5p trong khi chi ph\u00ed v\u1ed1n c\u1ee7a ng\u00e2n h\u00e0ng \u1edf m\u1ee9c cao. Cho vay th\u00f4ng th\u01b0\u1eddng 8 \u2013 10% th\u00ec cho vay \u01b0u \u0111\u00e3i ch\u1ec9 4 \u2013 5%, trong khi l\u00e3i su\u1ea5t huy \u0111\u1ed9ng c\u00f3 khi \u0111\u00e3 6%. Nh\u01b0 v\u1eady ng\u00e2n h\u00e0ng kh\u00f4ng th\u1ec3 cho vay v\u00ec l\u00e3i kh\u00f4ng \u0111\u1ee7 b\u00f9 chi ph\u00ed, ch\u01b0a n\u00f3i \u0111\u1ebfn r\u1ee7i ro.
