With 30 years of experience in the legal field at leading commercial banks, has taken on many positions specializing in the development of business law: Assistant to the Board of Directors, Assistant to the General Director, Branch Director, Director of Internal Control, Vice Chairman of the Risk Management Committee – Board of Directors at leading joint stock commercial banks and Basi co Law Firm lawyer.
Lawyer Nghia Truong Trung and Lawyer Duc Truong Thanh were the first to build a system of core policies in credit activities of joint stock commercial banks in Vietnam, many of which are still being applied today; developed training programs and directly teach in banks about credit risk; Participated in hundreds of disputes, handling, litigation, protected the rights and benefits of banks and customers in the process of debt recovery, handling of collateral, etc.
