Improving negotiation and dispute resolution skills for Hai Phong businesses.
(HP) – Many businesses in Hai Phong have strengthened their skills in negotiating, concluding and resolving labor contract disputes.
About 100 participants attend the training session with instruction from experts of the Vietnam International Arbitration Center.
The Hai Phong Departments of Justice and Finance have coordinated with the Vietnam International Arbitration Center to organize a training session on negotiation, contract conclusion and dispute resolution skills.
The session gathered members of the city Business Association, the Hai Duong Association of Small- and Medium-Sized Enterprises, the Hai Phong Young Entrepreneurs Association, the Hai Phong Logistics Association, etc. as well as representatives of several businesses and judicial support organizations in Hai Phong.
Prof., PhD. Le Hong Hanh, Chairman of the Vietnam International Arbitration Center, shares experience with businesses and judicial support agencies in Hai Phong.
At the training session, lawyer Truong Thanh Duc, arbitrator of the Vietnam International Arbitration Center and Director of ANVI Law Firm, delivered key content on contract drafting, negotiation and conclusion skills.
The content covered the negotiation process for commercial contracts, the structure of commercial contracts, reviewing and assessment of legal risks during negotiation, conclusion and implementation, and points to note when drafting and negotiating contract terms according to business requirements.
Lawyer Truong Thanh Duc, arbitrator of the Vietnam International Arbitration Center and Director of ANVI Law Firm, delivers training on negotiation, conclusion and resolution skills for labor contract disputes.
Lawyer Truong Thanh Duc also presented notes for businesses on resolving labor contract disputes, including methods of resolution, guidance on drafting resolution clauses, and skills for resolving disputes through arbitration and commercial mediation.
These are practical and necessary skills and knowledge for businesses and judicial support agencies in Hai Phong today.
